O2 Fitness in High Point sells for $7.38 million – The Business Journals

A modern Triad fitness facility was sold recently for $7.38 million, according to records in Guilford County.
The O2 Fitness building at 4113 Brian Jordan Place at the Palladium Shopping Center in High Point was purchased by an LLC with the same address as Adler Financial Group in Fairfax, Virginia, from a Raleigh LLC with the same address as the O2 corporate office.
The 34,000-square-foot, upscale facility sits on 2.74 acres.
In July 2021, O2 purchased the location for $5.98 million from the developer, GEMCAP Development of Winston-Salem. GEMCAP purchased the land for $1.8 million in February 2020 from an LLC controlled by Blue Ridge Cos., the developer of Palladium.
The O2 at the Palladium was the second to open in the Triad. The first O2 opened at Friendly Center in Greensboro in July 2019. The third opened in Burlington earlier this year at New Market Square Shopping Center, across from Holly Hill Mall and Business Center on Huffman Mill Road.
A fourth O2 is scheduled to open in early 2023 at Thruway Shopping Center in Winston-Salem.
O2 has more than 15 locations open in the Triad, Triangle, Wilmington and Charleston, South Carolina.
