Singer Nicole Scherzinger has a rock-solid core and if fans are wondering why that is, it’s because she absolutely crushed it in the gym.
On Monday, the former Pussycat Doll gave her fans an up close and personal look at her home gym, which includes a variety of her equipment that will make gym fanatics go nuts.

For this workout session, the “Don’t Cha” singer donned colorful patchwork leggings and a navy blue bikini top with light pink strings that faded perfectly into her sun-kissed tan. She has her long dark hair piled into a bun on the top of her head and complimented her outfit with sky blue sneakers.
It looks like she’s doing burpees in one of the video, staggered leg Romanian deadlifts, elevated curtsy lunges, downdog to ankle-tap, and a variety of other exercises that work the legs, arms, core, and entire body.

Fans and famous friends showered the post with heart-eye and fire emojis. “I just wish I was that strong! You look so healthy 💖,” one fan commented. “Killing that workout Nicole! 🙌🏼💪🏼,” another fan wrote. “Couldn’t agree with that more. Practice makes IMPROVEMENT,” said a third fan.

“She is hot as a stove🔥🔥🔥,” another user commented. Although fans love her recent workout video, there was another workout video that she posted which had fans’ jaws on the floor! Fans know that the “Buttons” singer is flexible, but in this next workout video, she takes things to a whole new level!

Earlier this week, “The Masked Singer” judge impressed her Instagram followers by hitting the gym in a pink sports bra with pink and white leggings. She complimented her outfit with white sneakers and again kept her hair in a tight bun on top of her head to keep it out of her face while she works.
In this video, the 44-year-old singer-songwriter puts one foot flat up against the wall before she does a little hop and spins around so she is facing the opposite wall with one foot still planted on the wall. She then leaves over and places both hand on the wooden floor and kicks her opposite leg straight up towards the sneaker, still keeping her foot planted against the wall for balance.
At this point, Nicole shows her Instagram followers how flexible she really is as she stretches her leg out as far as it will go, bending her knee so that her sneaker is hovering only about an inch above her head.
“Sometimes you need to stretch yourself to the limit,” she wrote in the caption of the Instagram video. “This was a fun one to try! 🤸🏽♀️.”
Many fans showered the post with fire and heart emojis. Darren Kennedy commented “Holy s—!!!👏.” Jared Gelman wrote, “Wow!!!!” Alex Wong added, “Still got it!” Nicole responded to Alex with “😂😂.”

Fans loved the vibes that she was giving, with one follower writing, “It’s giving strong and flexible af 💪🏽👏🏽.” Another follower commented, “Dang! That’s super impressive!! 🙌🙌 get it girl! 💁🏻♀️.”
