YouTuber Will Tennyson challenged the record-breaking powerlifter and boxer to a show of strength—and swiftly regretted it.

In his most recent video, Tennyson is joined in person by Stefi Cohen, the competitive powerlifter turned professional boxer with a staggering 25 world records to her name, and foolhardily challenges her to a game of HORSE.
If you’ve spent any amount of time on Fitness YouTube, then you’ll be familiar with the rules of the game: participants take it in turns to choose exercises, and the person who reaches failure first is given a letter. When they have clocked five letters, i.e. enough to spell out "horse," they lose. Tennyson ups the ante, and declares that the loser will be forced to wear a horse mask and take a punch from the victor—a bold addition, given Cohen’s proficiency in the ring.
They start out by seeing who can perform the most skips on a jump rope in 30 seconds. Tennyson starts out only able to do 63, but by the third round, reaches 99. Cohen, however, racks up 112, meaning Tennyson takes the first "H." Next up is max pullups, and Cohen churns out 20 reps to good form before dropping from the bar, although she says she is usually able to get 26. Tennyson edges her out in this round, with 21.
They follow this with max rep squats, pushups, boxing drills, and test their stamina with speed bags. Of course, you know where this is all heading. Cohen emerges triumphant in the HORSE contest, and Tennyson gamely dons the mask to accept his forfeit. You can watch him take the punch like a champ (along with the entire contest) in the video above.
